In 2011 I had a three month old daughter and weighed 11 1/2 stone. Having researched nutrition throughout my pregnancy as I was desperate to lose the weight without the restriction of calories or starving I started my ‘Natural Eating Plan’. The weight fell off and in five months I had lost three stone.
Although I’d always been active, but with lots of back problems, my interest in core strength grew after being treated with physio after childbirth. In 2012 I ran The Great North Run and the next year The London Marathon. The rest they say is history!
