The saviour for all Mums in the summer holidays - meditation anyone?

Just 10 minutes a day of simple meditation can go a very long way during the summer holidays when your feeling a little frazzled by your nearest and dearest.  

Mindfulness has multiple mental and medical benefits and is one of the success habits of highly effective individuals and can really just take 10 minutes or less a day to re-energise and improve mental focus.

It’s as simple as just lying down and looking at the sky or closing your eyes in a quiet space and directing your attention the middle of your forehead and when your thoughts wander just gently re-direct them back.  No need to beat yourself up about work, finances, chores or things you should be doing, just re-direct.
